Cerra CGT4 Horizontal Control Gap Tie.

The Cerra CGT4 Horizontal Control Gap Tie is designed to maintain structural reliability in brick and block masonry by forming a precise horizontal control gap that accommodates up to 40 mm of vertical expansion. Its engineered slot allows in-plane movement while reducing internal stresses caused by differential movement.
In addition to movement control, the tie secures masonry against lateral wind loads and includes a de-bonding slide that assists with managing long-term building movement in accordance with Australian standards.
