Josco Aluminium Cut Burr’s are ideal for cutting aluminium and aluminium alloys, plastics and hard rubber. They perform excellently when removing stock from aluminium.

The Ball Nosed Cone shape, with a 14 included angle, is the best shape for rounding edges and surface finishing in hard to reach areas, tight & narrow angles and contours.

When using a 12mm aluminium cut burr to aluminium/aluminium alloys, it should be run in a die grinder/air tool between 20,000 30,000 RPM. For use on plastics/hard rubber, operate at 13,000 30,000 RPM.
