Overview

The round die consists of heavy-duty high-speed steel (HSS) in unalloyed and low-alloyed steels up to a strength of 800 N/mm. The round die consists of 5% cobalt alloyed heavy-duty high-speed steel (HSSE-Co 5) in unalloyed and alloyed steels up to a strength of 1000 N/mm and non-ferrous metals. The thread is cut in one operation.
