Managing Moisture & Ensuring Optimal Performance

Condensation (moisture buildup) is a normal occurrencewhen filling any air tank with a standard pump, as the compressed air cools. For safety and performance, it isessential to drain this accumulated moisture periodically.

Our Recommended Best Practice:

1. After Each Use:Before storing your converted tank, briefly open the main valve (with the adapter attached) in a safe direction toblow out any residual moisturefrom the tank’s interior.

2. Regular Maintenance:For intensive use, we adviseturning the tank upside down and fully opening the valve to drainevery few refills or at the end of a project day. This ensures no water pools at the bottom, which could lead to internal corrosion over time.
